In 2019, husband and wife Seun & Dupe Adedeji decided to turn their love of bringing people together over food into a small business. The idea was to share their culture with the rest of Edmonton through food. They wanted to show that Nigerian food can and should be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. After a summer long Nigerian food tasting tour around Edmonton, Travelling Dishes from Aunty Dupe’s Buka came alive!

Travelling Dishes began to host dinning experiences in Edmonton and soon grew to offer catering services, Nigerian cooking classes, meal deliveries, and most recently, wholesale products. Their goal is to continue to provide opportunities for people to enjoy and experience Nigerian cuisine. Their motto is simple; come together, eat Nigerian, leave with memories.
